Good:  Have one in my garage and trailer. Works great, easy and quick to install. The drawer has room for a lot of extra gear, like goggles and gloves etc. cool product for the gear.
Bad:  none
Conclusion:  Works great. The strap keeps everything in place and the drawer has a tab to keep it from opening while you are driving.
